Stumptown Coffee founder Duane Sorenson recently opened the Woodsman Tavern next door to the original Stumptown roastery. Inside the space, diners are surrounded by dark wood paneling and cozy booths illuminated by candlelight. The interior décor is inspired by Oregon’s logging heritage, brought into the 21st century with its chic design. The menu, designed by chef Jason Barwikowski (formerly chef at both Olympic Provisions and Clyde Common restaurants), focuses on savory items cooked in a rare, charcoal-fired oven; artisan American hams; and a raw seafood bar highlighting the bounty of the Pacific coast.

スタンプコーヒー創設者のドゥエーン・ソレンソンがスタンプタウン第1号店の隣にオープンしたレストラン。インテリアはオレゴンの伝統的産業である林業にヒントを得、ウッドパネルとキャンドルの灯る居心地のいいブースを設置。ジェイソン・バーウィコウスキー・シェフによるメニューは炭火オーブン料理を主に、太平洋の恵みを集めたシーフードバーも備えています。
