(2013 description)  Kick off summer with a celebration of the whimsical beauty of flowers. This year’s theme is Tattoo Portland, and the square will be ‘inked’ with a giant heart composed of nearly 20,000 begonias, impatiens and pansies. There will also be live entertainment and tons of fun things sprouting up during the two-week festival.

夏の始まりを告げるフェスティバル。街の中心パイオニア・スクエアに大規模なフラワーディスプレイが現れます。毎年デザインが変わり、2013年には20,000本のベゴニア、ホウセンカ、バンジーを使ったハート型タトゥーが出現。2週間の期間中には音楽イベントなど様々な催しが開催されます。
